Texas Home of Your Own (HOYO) Program

Are you interested in becoming a homeowner, do you have a disability, could you use some help with a down payment or closing costs?

Eligibility criteria:

  • Must be a person with a disability or have a family member with a disability.  A disability is defined by HOYO roughly as any disability that a physician would sign off on as affecting a person’s life.  ADHD has even been approved in the past by HOYO.  Hearing problems, cognitive disorders, or even eyesight problems could get your client approved.
