Grayson Lakes is a 325 acre lakeside community in Katy, Texas, conveniently located two miles south of Interstate 10 and five miles to the west of the Grand Parkway and five miles to the north of Farm to Market road 1093.  A Newland Communities developed neighborhood, Grayson Lakes is home to many fine home builders including Partners in Building, David Powers, David Weekley, and Meritage Homes.
