Nottingham Country

Nottingham Country is a master-planned community developed during the 1970's and 1980's that was built on a prairie.  Developed in multiple phases by Kickerillo, the neighborhood is divided into 10 sections with a population of more than 5,000 residents.  Prices in Nottingham Country range depending on market conditions, the homes location in Nottingham Country and whether it has access to its own garage through a driveway or via the alley way system present in some sections.

Nottingham Country has several recreational facilities. Nottingham Country Park is located just south of Kingsland Blvd. on Rennie. This park has playground equipment, a walking/jogging trail, a soccer field, volleyball court and a picnic pavilion. There are also recreation areas located at the Kingsland facility known as the Country Club where the clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness room and swimming pool are located. The clubhouse is also available for rent year round.

Nottingham Country is located within the acclaimed Katy Independent School District known for its "Exemplary Schools". Residents of Nottingham Country attend the following schools: Elementary schools are Nottingham Country Elementary or Hazel S. Pattison Elementary; Junior High schools are Garland McMeans Junior High or Memorial Parkway Junior High; and the High School is James E. Taylor High School.

Nottingham Country has a variety of access points to help any commuter avoid traffic delays and minimize commute times. Located closely to Interstate 10, the Grand Parkway and the Westpark Tollway, with low HOA fees and low tax rates, makes Nottingham Country a mature development worth considering when moving to the Katy/West Houston area.
